A. Yes, there will be an
additional supplement which will vary according to distance and
treatments required. |

Q. How do I know which
treatments are best for me? |

A. Simply tell me what
you wish to achieve and I will use my experience to advise. You will
also receive a free consultation with all treatments. |

Q. My friend is also
interested in your services, shall I get her to mention my name? |

A. Yes please, especially
as this could entitle you to a half-price treatment of your choice
(excluding special packages). |

Q. I would like to treat
a loved one to some beauty treatment. What is the best way to go about
it? |

A. Easy, give me a call
and we can organise some Gift Vouchers for them. |

Q. Would it be cheaper
for me to select a Special package? |

A. Everybody's situation
is different, the Special Packages are primarily aimed at
clients going to a Wedding, or holiday but do also provide a cost
saving. However we do a
Loyalty Card to reward frequent customers, after every six treatments
you will receive a 20% discount on your seventh. |

Q. How do I pay for my
treatment? |
|
A. You can pay by either
cheque or cash. |
|

Q. If I need to cancel my
appointment, how much notice should I give? |
|
A. 24 hours notice would
be appreciated, less than this will unfortunately incur a charge. |

Finally, everyone
receives complimentary refreshments.
